How submit a support request

The best way to submit a support ticket is through the Support portal located in the Design Palette Pro settings.

WP Admin → Genesis → Design Palette Pro → Support

Submitting your ticket through the support portal supplies our team with the URL of the site, WordPress, theme, server, and plugin information.  This information is useful to our team so that we can troubleshoot any known or common issues and assists in resolving the ticket more efficiently.

The support portal is only available on websites that has a license key activated. If the support portal is not available on your site, you can send us a support ticket by filling out the contact form on our website —> Contact Form
